You tell us what you need—buying, selling, location, timeline. We match you with an experienced, ARI-Preferred Realtor® who specializes in your situation. It's that simple.2. Does it cost me anything?
No. Our referral fee is handled between brokerages. You don't pay anything extra for being referred through ARI.3. How do you match me with a Realtor®?
We listen to your needs, your timeline, your concerns, and your location. Then we connect you with an agent or agents if you want to meet more than one, who has the experience and expertise to handle your specific transaction. It's personal, not automated.4. How long does the matching process take?
Usually 24-48 hours. Once you submit your information, we review it and connect you with the right Realtor®.5. What if I don't like the Realtor® you refer?
Tell us. We want you to feel confident in your match. If it's not right, we'll find someone who is, but DO NOT sign any contracts with the Realtor® unless you're absolutely sure you want them to represent you.6. Can I work with a specific Realtor® I already know?
Absolutely. If you have an agent in mind, let us know and we can facilitate that connection.7. What makes ARI-Preferred Realtors® different?

You're referred to a Realtor® who represents you in your transaction. If the deal closes, the Realtor® earns their commission (as they normally would), and a portion comes back to our referring agent through the brokerages.12. What happens after I fill out the form?
We review your info, find the best match, and reach out within 24-48 hours with a Realtor® recommendation. From there, you'll connect directly with them.13. Can I talk to Traci directly?
Absolutely. You can reach out anytime. Traci is pretty much always available if you need her.
